Outside of work, Jared values time with his family and enjoys golfing whenever he gets the chance.

Emma Day, Licensed Public Adjuster, brings a critical level of expertise and professionalism to the team. Her role ensures that every claim is handled with precision, compliance, and a deep understanding of policy interpretation. Emma is passionate about helping homeowners get what they are rightfully owed while maintaining integrity throughout the process. When she’s not working, Emma enjoys spending time with family, reading, and building her presence on social media.

Robert McQuinn,  President, plays a key leadership role in guiding the direction and growth of ClaimSmart. With a strong presence and commitment to integrity, Robert helps ensure the company operates with purpose, discipline, and a client-first mindset. His leadership supports the team in delivering consistent, high-quality service to homeowners navigating the insurance claim process.

Outside of his professional role, Robert with his wife Meg value time with Their family, enjoys the outdoors, and is deeply rooted in his spiritual life—bringing a grounded and principled perspective to both his work and leadership.
